Villa Heron is a brand new villa built in the midst of villa developing area of Canggu – Berawa. Located only 400 meters from the beach of Berawa, 15 minutes from Seminyak with the finest shopping, dining, and entertainment places of Bali and 20 minutes from the famous Golf Course of Nirwana design by Greg Norman.

Set in three storey building to provide a beautiful sea view, Villa Heron is designed with the blend of Balinese and Javanese style. The design is matching modern comfort and local touch with in all parts of the villa decoration including Indonesian artworks, typical furniture and all the modern equipment you may require.

General Description

This 5 bedrooms Villa is built on 1500 m2 land featuring one 3 storey’s building, a tropical garden and a bean shape swimming pool including a bar and a wooden deck to relax by. Entering into the building, a short stair leads down to the spacious opened-air living and dinning area on the ground floor ornamented with water feature and facing the pool and garden. The upper level is featuring 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and office room. The top floor is a large entertainment room with a bar, a pool table and a Plasma Screen completed with sound system. From this area you can enjoy the superb view of the Indian Ocean on one side and on the other side the breathtaking view of the rice fields.

Fully staffed, the villa Manager will organize the dedicated staff including one butler, one cook, two housekeeping, one gardener & maintenance and one security guard to provide a Taylor made level of service.

Rate & Season

The above rates are inclusive American Breakfast, subject to 10% service charge & 11% Government tax.
Low Season : 9 Jan – 14 July, 14 Sep – 16 Dec (not including Easter week)
High Season : 15 – 31 July, 1 – 15 Sep, Easter week, Chinese New Year week
