Villa Cottage Place is a luxurious 3 bedroom villa, with private swimming pool, set within its own secure compound which ensures complete privacy. The property is comprised of three separate buildings, quintessentially Balinese in design, and situated around the landscaped grounds.

The fully air-conditioned sleeping quarters contains three double bedrooms and a study. On the ground floor, the master bedroom has French windows opening onto the garden, a queen size four poster bed and an ensuite garden bathroom with bathtub.

The study which connects with the master bedroom doubles up as an indoor lounge suitable for children to watch TV or DVDs and can be used as an additional sleeping area for young children up to ten years old. A guest toilet is adjacent to the study. The stairway is incorporated into the study and leads to the first floor bedroom which has a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a balcony. The third bedroom has a lumbung style roof, twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms are suitable for adult couples.

The property has been designed to provide a variety of different places where one can sit and relax, read a book, have a massage or simply meditate among the beautiful surroundings. Throughout the property, Balinese craftsmanship and attention to detail is apparent in the many wood and stone carvings that adorn the premises.

The property is comprised of three separate thatched pavilions, quintessentially Balinese in design and situated around the landscaped grounds. The villa features an open living area which serves as living room, dining room and bar-cum-dry kitchen.

The entertainment room, which connects with the master bedroom, doubles up as an indoor lounge suitable for children to watch TV or DVDs and can be used as an additional sleeping area for young children up to 10 years old. A guest washroom is adjacent to the entertainment room. The stairway is incorporated into the entertainment room and leads to the first floor bedroom which has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony. The third bedroom has a lumbung style roof, twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with outside shower. The twin beds can be placed together to make a large queen size bed. All three bedrooms are suitable for adult couples.

The villa also includes staff quarters comprising a fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining laundry room and office and staff bathroom.

The two main pavilions look out onto a lush tropical garden which is the focal point of the property. A 10 x 3 meter peanut-shaped swimming pool is fed by a waterfall and surrounded by a sundeck with 4 sun loungers and a Bale with mattress and cushions for those who prefer to relax in the shade.

Parking is available for 2 cars and space can be made for a further 3 cars during dinner parties.

Bali Villa Cottage is fully serviced by:

• A house manager who oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is normally available to assist guests during their stay.
• One full-time chef who is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided and the chef will do all the marketing for groceries and present the bills for re-imbursement. All catering is done at cost, there is no charge for preparing the meals.
• Two house keepers responsible for housekeeping duties, taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property.
• A security guard is on-site at night to watch over the villa and to man the gate when guests leave and/or return to the villa after dark, start the generator if there is a power failure between dusk and dawn and let down the bamboo blinds in the event that it rains.
• All the staff help with tending to the garden and the grounds of the villa. A pool attendant comes 3 times a week to test the water chemistry and to keep the pool in tiptop condition. The pool is equipped with an ionization water purification system which minimizes the need for chemical additives.

Tucked away down a quiet lane, the villa is a peaceful oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta, yet remains within easy walking distance of many of Bali’s most popular restaurants and shops.

Conveniently located for the beach, restaurants, nightlife and shopping, Bali Villa Cottage is 25 minutes drive from Bali’s International Airport.
