Villa Cahaya, an Indonesian word describing ‘illuminating light’, and the villa certainly encompasses all that shines. Commanding a regal position a top a cliff front overlooking the Indian Ocean and spread across 30 ares of land, the villa unfolds over two levels and offers a generous 950 square meters of pure luxury.

From the moment you step through the impressive antique gates, you are drawn to the ocean through a series of pavilions and extravagant rooms emblematic of the Balinese culture, such as a private spa and a dining veranda.

A spectacular antique joglo welcomes guests into the main hall and a majestic library overlooking the ocean. It is sorrounded by four generous bedroom suites with spacious walk-in robes, luxurious bathrooms and outdoor terraces with views to the sea. Another sumptuous bedroom is located on the lower level along with separate media room on the lower level.

A central staircase descends to a magnificently proportioned living and dining space that offers a 180 degree view of the ocean. your eyes are immediately drawn to the water feature, connecting the living room to the 25 meter infinity edge swimming pool perched on the cliff edge.

TERMS

• Rates are quoted in US Dollars and valid for all markets
• Banjar fee is quoted in Rupiah applied only for function and/or event
• All rental rates is net, including of Government Taxes and service charges
• Number of guest in the room, maximum number of persons per room is 2 (two) adults and 1 (one) child under 12 year, maximum number of persons for whole villa is 12 persons
• Additional breakfast for child under 12 years is free of charges
• Rollaway bed and baby cot are free of charge and based on availability
• Check in time is 15.00 and check out time is 12.00 midday. Early check in and/or departure will be based on availabilty upon check-in/check-out
• Late check out more than 15.00 will be charged at 50% rental rate and late check out more than 18.00 will be charged as 1 night rental charge
