Villa Location
Villa Laksmana is situated in Candidasa, lays on the South East Coast of Bali at approximately 60 km from Denpasar. It is a nice, small, cosy and quiet tourist village far away foam the hectic Kuta and Sanur areas.
The beaches are white and there is a splendid coral reel for diving and snorkeling. Lots of small shops, bars, restaurants and some international hotels guarantee the necessary entertainment.
Villa Laksmana is situated on a site bordering the Indian Ocean. On this site 4 more villas are build. Each villas has its own private pool.
The garden of the total estate measures 5.500m2 and is laid out in a parkland style with lots of flowery plants and tress but still secures the privacy of separate villas.
The estate has a wall on three side and a private drive with Angkul-angkul (Balinese gate) give access to the estate and the road to the village. To the villa of Candidasa it is a 200 m’s walk.
The estate has its own water supply and is connected to the electricity network of Bali. The well trained staff takes care of garden and pool maintenance, does the house hold, takes care of your laundry and ironing and carries out small technical works.
In the afternoon, evening and night security personnel is watching over you.

For rent per week for a occupancy rate of 2 persons is 700 poundsterling
For each extra person the charge is 30 poundsterling per week.
The maximum capacity is 6 persons.
Villa Laksmana was build in 2001. The exterior is in real Balinese style with stone and wood carving and traditional Balinese doors.
The interior of the villa and guest houses in modern, sanitary in marble and fully furnished with quality furniture.
The villa consists of:
- A large living connected with a fully equipped open kitchen
- 3 air conditioned bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms of which with bath and shower
- Verandas of natural stone on both sides
- A big sun bath terrace with sun beds
- A large private pool of 120 m2 with whirlpool.

For each extra person the charge is 30 poundsterling per week.

For July, August and the Christmas period there is an additional charge of 75 poundsterling per week.
All prices include personnel, linen, bath and pool towels, laundry and ironing.
Transport to and from the airport or any other destination in Bali can be arranged for you.
We can also arrange a dinner cook. The cost for one week are 35 poundsterling, exclusive ingredients. The cook takes care for the shopping.
Electricity is charged on basis of real use. Normally this is appear 25 poundsterling per week.
50% of the rent is due at undersigning of the rental contract.
The remainder plus a guarantee of 10% of the rent is due 1 month before arrival in the villa.
