Villa Banteng Bawah comprises three air-conditioned bedrooms and is located next door to Villa Banteng Atas. The villa is ideal for small groups or families. Built on a single level, this Bali villa is tastefully decorated with its own 15m private lap pool, landscaped gardens, a sunken lounge and zen area with a swing. The villa overlooks spectacular rice terraces where one can view some amazing sunsets at dusk.

All bedrooms feature private bathroom en-suites. The villa boasts a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite television, wireless internet access, DVD player, CD player, IDD telephone and safe deposit box. The villa comes fully staffed with two housekeepers, a chef, 24-hour security and an English-speaking site manager on call. Balinese Massage and spa treatments are available in the villa on request.

Villa Banteng Bawah is only 30 minutes drive from Bali’s International airport and 10 minutes from the fashionable district of Seminyak renowned for its world class restaurants, bars and nightlife. The rental rates are inclusive of a private return airport transfer and daily continental breakfast served in the villa.

Rate

Terms and Condition

• Rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge.
• Rates are categorized in low and high seasons
• To confirm a reservation a 50% deposit is required.
• Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival
• Check out time is 11am
• Late check out until 6pm is available at half the rental rate
• Full night applies for check out after 6pm
• Method of payment: Credit card visa/master/Amex, Cash telegraphic transfer which must include bank transfer fees.
  Minimum rental period: 3 nights (low) 5 nights (High) 7 nights (Peak)
• The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, its staff, employees or agent.
