Residents enter into an imposing entrance with breathtaking views straight over the Indian ocean. The emphasis at Semara Luxury Villa Resrot Uluwatu is to relax, unwind, enjoy. However a variety of holiday activities available in Bali are a temptation you may well wish to act upon. Here you can do as little or as much as you like.

For those who can’t resist the urge to exercise we have a 28 metre lap pool, professional golf putting green with pond, two floodlit tennis courts (grass & hard) and a state of the art gymnasium overlooking the Indian ocean.

There is also an underwater world to discover with easy access from our private beach. Enjoy snorkeling on the reef, exploring the secluded beaches or simply taking out the kayaks for some water action.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

• LOW season: 1 to 4 bedrooms can only be booked inside 90 days.
• HIGH season: 1 to 4 bedrooms can only be booked inside 60 days.
• PEAK season: 1 to 4 bedrooms can only be booked inside 30 days.

These booking windows can be changed at the discretion of Semara Resorts Bali.

For bookings made in LOW, HIGH and PEAK seasons, 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking and balance payment to be made 30 days prior to arrival

Full payment required at time of booking if made inside 30 days.
