General Description

An adorable Balinese gate leads to the villa compound. The two buildings are set within the delightful garden overlooking to the pool. The main buildings is located on the left side featuring on the lower level an open living area in front of the pool with one bedroom behind and further another bedroom on the upper level. Another building provides kitchen and an open style dinning area. The property is the companion villa of Villa Joty. This tropical retreat is delightful and private: an ideal venue to escape from one’s hectic lifestyle, or simply as a destination for holistic relaxation.

At your full service, one manager is supervising ten staffs shared with villa Joty including one cook, three housekeepers, one gardener, one maintenance and four security guards.

Seasons are categorized into three seasons, a HIGH season price that encompasses peak and high season, and then a LOW season price. Definition of seasons:

LOW SEASON : January 9 to July 14, September 16 to December 14 not including Easter week (3 nights min. stay)

HIGH SEASON : July 15 to July 31, September 1 to September 15 Easter Week and Chinese New Year week (7 nights min. stay)

PEAK SEASON : August 1 – 31, Christmas & New Year Period December 15 – January 8 (10 nights min. stay)

Rates and Terms

All rates area quoted in US dollars per nights. Reservation is confirmed only upon deposit by bank transfer and/or US dollars cash

Rates do not include gratuities to staff members, which we recommend, at least, IDR 100.000 per week, per staff member

Rates do not include breakfast, telephone, food and beverage

Transport for guests arrival and departure are not included
